Yes, you can initiate an Attended Transfer. Attended transfers allow you to speak with the person you are transferring the call to before completing the transfer.
Yes, as long as the Virtual Phone Number is on your Talkroute account, you may transfer the caller to that destination.
Yes, as long as the transfer hasn’t been completed, you may cancel the transfer and reconnect with the caller. At this point you can decide whether you wish to initiate a new transfer or not.
Yes, each of your voice mailboxes receives a unique transfer code. This will allow you to transfer a caller directly to voice mailbox without first ringing your co-worker’s phone.
