Plans & Pricing FAQ
If you cancel a free trial within 7 days of activating an account you won’t be charged a thing (unless you choose to activate paid service before the end of your trial period). If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your trial period has concluded and we don’t prorate for partial months.
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. For example, the Pro plan is $59/month for up to 10 users. That means you pay $59/month total no matter how many users you have as long as it’s 10 or less. You may also add additional users to any plan for $5/month ea. If you don’t see a plan large enough for your team here, we have custom Enterprise plans available. Please contact us.
Our available add-ons can be added to or removed from any plan, at anytime. For example, our Plus plan include up to 2 phone numbers for no additional charge. If you need a 3rd number and don’t wish to upgrade to the next plan, you can simply add an additional number to your current plan for $5 mo.
No. There is no per phone charge. You may add and route calls to as many phones as needed.
Yes. You may transfer your toll-free and local numbers to Talkroute. We will even cover the porting fees to transfer all of your numbers! (does not apply to fees or unpaid balances owed to your current provider)
No. Talkroute is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

When paying online, you may use a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). If you wish to pay via ACH bank transfer, please contact us to set up this payment method.

No. Talkroute provides an all-inclusive monthly price. We do not add separate charges for telecom taxes, the Universal Service Fund (USF), or other regulatory fees. Optional features and add-ons are clearly listed and billed separately if selected.
1. Toll-Free & Local Numbers – All numbers are part of a bundled software platform and do not incur usage-based charges. Talkroute provides local and toll-free numbers for use with our virtual phone system. Charges are for access to platform features, not for standalone telecommunications services. Basic includes 1 local or toll-free phone number. Plus includes 2 local or toll-free phone numbers. Pro includes 3 local or toll-free phone numbers. Additional local or toll-free phone numbers may be purchased for $5 /mo ea on any plan. (applies to local or toll-free numbers procured through Talkroute or transferred to Talkroute from another carrier)
8. Voice Studio – Professional in-house voiceover services. 5 custom audio clips included. Additional clips may be purchased for $20 ea.
2. Incoming & Outgoing Calling – Included as part of a bundled business communications platform. Talkroute does not apply per-minute telecom charges or separately itemize telecommunications services. All minutes are provided as part of the overall service experience. Reasonable use policies apply.
9. SMS & MMS Messages – Messaging features are part of Talkroute’s bundled SaaS platform. Outgoing SMS & MMS require number verification and are subject to carrier regulations (10DLC or toll-free verification). Usage limits are platform-based, not billed per message. Basic includes 500 text messages /mo. Plus, Pro and Enterprise includes unlimited text messaging. Reasonable use policies apply.
3. Account Users – Basic includes 1 user account. Plus includes 3 user accounts. Pro includes 10 user accounts. Additional user accounts may be purchased for $5 /mo ea on any plan.
10. Toll-Free Number Registration – Industry standards require that all toll-free phone numbers be registered in order to use messaging. There is no fee to register toll-free numbers on any Talkroute plan.
4. Voice Mailboxes – Basic includes 1 voicemail box. Plus includes 3 voice mailboxes. Pro includes 10 voice mailboxes. Additional voice mailboxes may be purchased for $5 /mo ea on any plan.
11. Toll-Free Number Campaign Fee – There are is no monthly campaign fee for toll-free phone numbers.
5. 24/7 Support – Email support tickets are answered 24/7. Live chat & phone support for Talkroute is available 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday and 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST, Saturday (excluding holidays). Support is provided by our U.S. team based in Chicago, IL.
12. Local Number Registration – Industry standards require that all local phone numbers be registered in order to use messaging. There is a one-time fee of $19 on the Basic plan and a one-time fee of $15 on the Plus plan for registration. Additional fees may be assessed if the registration is rejected due to errors or omissions by the account holder. “Per account” only applies to accounts with local phone number(s) that are eligible to be registered on a single campaign. Additional fees may be assessed if multiple campaigns are required. High usage accounts and/or special campaigns may be subject to a different fee structure. Learn more
