Each audio clip should be a separate script. For example: Clip #1 welcome greeting "Thank you for calling ACME Corp.." Clip #2 call menu "Press 1 for sales, press 2 for support, press 3 for billing". You may add more clips as needed.

Which Talkroute plans include Voice Studio?

Select Talkroute plans include Voice Studio as a complimentary feature. These plans come with 5 complimentary voice clips to help you get started with a professional setup right away.

How many complimentary clips are included with Voice Studio plans?

Plans that include Voice Studio come with 5 complimentary voice clips.
Additional clips beyond the included amount are available for $20 per clip.

What if my plan does not include Voice Studio?

If your Talkroute plan does not include Voice Studio, you can still order voice clips at any time.
The cost for Voice Studio on plans without the included feature is $20 per clip.

What types of clips can I request?

You can request clips for greetings, IVR menus, voicemail messages, after-hours messages, holiday announcements, and more—anywhere your Talkroute system plays audio to callers.
