Payment Grace Period Policy
Talkroute services are billed on a month-to-month or annual basis with no long-term contracts. Payment must be received on the renewal date to ensure uninterrupted service.
1. Courtesy Grace Periods
Grace periods are provided strictly as a courtesy and are intended to accommodate occasional, unintended lapses in payment. They are not designed to replace timely payment or serve as an ongoing payment arrangement.
2. Grace Period Extensions
Requests for an extended grace period may be submitted to our billing department for review; however, approval is not guaranteed. Each request requires 1–2 business days for evaluation. If your account is at risk of immediate interruption, there may not be sufficient time to review and approve your request before suspension.
3. Communication of Past Due Payments
Talkroute makes reasonable efforts to notify account holders of past due or missing payments using the email address and phone number(s) on file for the billing contact(s).
4. Abuse of Grace Periods
Abuse or repeated misuse of grace periods may result in immediate suspension of service and/or removal of all future grace period eligibility from the account.
5. Account Suspension and Future Eligibility
Failure to remit payment within the allowed grace period may result in service suspension. Accounts suspended due to non-payment may be subject to reactivation charges, and future grace period requests may be denied.
