These levels of access can be applied to various features and elements within your Talkroute account.
User & permissions are a great way to make sure your users only have access to the areas of your phone system they need in order to be effective.
Each Talkroute plan includes a free number of account users. Beyond the included users, you may add as many additional users to any of our plans for $5 /mo ea. See pricing for more details.
Account User: May access assigned voice mailboxes, text messaging on assigned virtual phone numbers, call history, outbound dialing, call recordings and the Talkroute apps.
Account Administrators: May access the same assigned features as standard users and additionally have access to administrator settings and billing information.
Additional users beyond what is included with your Talkroute are $5 /mo ea.
Yes! Every Talkroute phone number has the ability to set granular permissions for each of these separate features.
Yes! You may specify which users may access test messaging for each of your Talkroute phone numbers.
Yes! You may specify which users may access voice mailboxes for each of your Talkroute phone numbers, menu options, extensions, and after hours voicemail.
