The Call Menu may be used as a directory for your team members. By providing each Team Member with their own menu option, you can make sure calls are going directly to their phones.
You can create a menu option that plays a list of available multi digit extension numbers. Your callers can dial the desired menu option and be connected to the right person on your team.
