Your business’s hours of operation are the dates & times when you’re available to receive business phone calls. This functionality gives you the flexibility to have open & closed times on different days of the week.
Outside of your normal hours of operation, there is also the option to route callers to alternative destinations such as voicemail, another phone number, or to a menu of options for callers to choose from after hours.
With Talkroute’s hours of operation feature you will be able to ensure that you only receive calls when you and your team are available to answer them.
Yes. You can add open and close times to your Talkroute system using the Hours of Operations feature.
Yes. You may add as many open and close times as needed to each day of the week.
Yes. Our Scheduled Forwarding feature provides the ability to create open and close times for each of your forwarding phone numbers and users.
This feature operates independently of the Hours of Operation settings.
Yes. Callers may be routed to a voice mailbox, phone number, or menu of options after hours.
Talkroute provides our users with an “override” business hours function in the control panel. This feature allows you to open or close your business outside of the normal operation schedule. You can also select a specific audio file to play and to send the call to voicemail or disconnect.
This special feature allows you to quickly override your operating hours without reconfiguring your global date and time settings.
