Enterprise pricing is negotiated based on your user count, texting volume, required features, and contract term. Most accounts qualify for meaningful volume discounts compared to retail Business Phone pricing. We’ll provide a detailed quote after our initial conversation.
Do you sign custom contracts (BAA, etc.)?
Yes. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAA) for healthcare and other HIPAA-regulated industries, and can accommodate custom contract language for procurement, security, and compliance requirements.
What’s the typical implementation timeline?
Standard Enterprise deployments go live in 1–5 business days, depending on number porting timelines, integration requirements, and team size. Complex multi-location rollouts or custom integrations may take longer — your account manager will give you a realistic timeline upfront.
What payment terms do you support?
Enterprise accounts can pay by credit card or ACH transfer. Annual prepayment options come with additional discounts. We support standard procurement workflows and can be added as a vendor in most ERP systems.
Can you support our security and compliance reviews?

Do you support number porting from other providers?
Yes — most U.S. and Canadian numbers can be ported to Talkroute at no charge. Our migration team handles the porting paperwork and coordinates with your current provider to minimize downtime. Bulk porting for multiple numbers is included with Enterprise plans.
Can we integrate Talkroute with our existing tools?
