Matthew was gracious enough to share the story of his experience with Talkroute, and he brings up an interesting way to use our virtual phone system that many other businesses can benefit from. Using multiple Talkroute virtual phone numbers, they look at which calls come from each virtual number to track where customers are calling from, as well as how many are calling each number. Here is Matthew’s story:
Talkroute has allowed our workforce to be truly mobile. Our Account Executives can be on site with a client just about anywhere and still seem as if they were at their desk. It has also allowed us to implement a very successful “Bring Your Own Device” program that is much easier to manage and has saved us a lot of money.
Not only do we use Talkroute throughout our company, but we recommend it to all of our clients as a great way to track marketing campaigns. Being able to have multiple numbers that route into the main phone system has allowed us to track where leads are coming from and identify what is working and what is not.
