Do I need a Business Phone plan to use AI Receptionist?

Yes. AI Receptionist is an add-on that layers on top of an active Business Phone plan (Basic, Plus, Pro, or Enterprise). It uses the phone numbers and call routing your Business Phone plan provides.

What does “beta pricing” mean?

Beta customers get our launch pricing locked in for the life of their account. When AI Receptionist exits beta, prices may change for new customers — but yours won’t.

How long is the beta?

We don’t have a fixed end date. We’re rolling out access in waves and adding capabilities continuously. You’ll be notified well in advance of any changes that affect your service.

What’s expected of me as a beta customer?

Nothing required — but feedback is welcomed. We may occasionally reach out with questions or feature previews, but participation in feedback is always optional.

What if I’m not approved for the beta?

We’re inviting in waves based on use case fit. If we can’t get you in immediately, you’ll stay on the waitlist and we’ll reach out as more spots open.
